When I start working with someone new, I ask one question before anything else.

Not "what's your offer."

Not "how much are you making."

Not "what do you want to achieve."

I ask:

What does a good week look like for you right now?

The answer tells me everything.

Some people describe a week full of client work.

Delivering. Serving. Busy.

But when I ask if the revenue reflects that busyness, it usually doesn't.

Some people describe a week chasing leads.

Posting content. Following up. Hoping something lands.

Exhausting. Inconsistent.

Some people describe a week where they didn't do much at all.

Paralysed. Not sure what to work on. Stuck.

Every answer points to a different problem.

And a different fix.

The coach who's fully booked but not growing needs a different offer structure.

The one chasing leads needs a different acquisition system.

The one paralysed usually needs one thing clarified before anything else moves.

I've been doing this long enough to know — most people are working hard on the wrong problem.

So let me ask you directly.
