You probably haven’t heard from me in a while.
That wasn’t an accident.
I’ve been in something of a rabbit hole for the past few months… deep in the work, heads down across multiple businesses/industries, genuinely not wanting to send you something unless it was worth your time in a really fast-changing world.
Here’s what I’ve been doing:
I’ve been rebuilding how I operate. Entirely.
Not because things weren’t working. Because something happened late last year that made me realise the way I was running things, and the way most service providers and business builders are running things, is already obsolete.
I’ll tell you exactly what that is in my next email.
But for now, I just wanted to come back and say: I’m here. I’ve got a lot to share. And the next few weeks in your inbox are going to be different from anything I’ve sent before.
If you’re still there, reply and say hi. Genuinely. Even just “still here” is enough.
We are moving into a world that’s saying no to online-only, and we’re moving into “live” and “real life” experiences and community.
That’s a big hint for the coming future.
I want to know who’s on the other side of this.
