Think back to February 2020.

The stock market was fine. The kids were in school. You were making plans.

Then in about three weeks, the entire world rearranged itself.

Most people weren't paying attention until it was too late to get ahead of it. They weren't stupid. The signal just didn't feel urgent enough to act on.

I keep thinking about that month.

Because I think we're in it again.

For the last eight years I've been in rooms with the people building this: founders, researchers, operators at the frontier. Not reading about it. Actually in it.

And what I'm hearing from the people closest to it, consistently, is this: we are in the "this seems overblown" phase of something much, much bigger than COVID.

The difference with AI? is that the signal is everywhere.

You just have to be looking.

But here's what I can tell you that the researchers can't, what it actually looks like inside a real business when this shifts.

Proposals that used to take two hours going out in twelve minutes. Client work that used to need a team of four running on two people. Revenue coming in from follow-up sequences I built once and haven't touched since. Marketing teams are collapsing to one operator with AI agents.

That's not a prediction. That's my regular Tuesday.

And the gap between businesses running this way and businesses still doing everything manually is widening every single month.

The people ahead of this right now aren't smarter than you. They're not better resourced. They just started earlier.

The window to be one of them is still open.

But it won't be for much longer.

In upcoming emails, I’m going to tell you exactly what this means for your business, specifically.

Kavit

P.S. The businesses that move in the next ninety days will have a head start that compounds. The ones that wait until it feels urgent will be playing catch-up. That's not a prediction. That's just maths.

BTW, I thought I’d do something fun here.

For the last 18 months, every time I built something that worked, a prompt that saved me hours, a sequence that recovered dead deals, a research shortcut I started using before every client call, I dropped it into a Google doc.

No real plan. Just didn't want to lose it.

That doc is now 33 prompts deep.

Marketing. Sales. Operations. Client discovery. Retention. Leverage. Research. Every function of a service business, built from actually running them with AI. Not theory. Not experiments. The ones I still use.

I cleaned it up this week and turned it into something proper.

I'm calling it the AI-Native Service Business Vault.

It's not for sale. I'm not launching it. I'm not building a funnel around it.

I just want to give it to you.

Here's my only ask.
